                   This article aims at the rapid development of science and technology, and
              tries to figure out its impact and response on education. First of all, it proposes the

              formation of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 under the development of science and
              technology. And then it tries to explore the impact of rapid development of science
              and technology on education, including educational concept, purpose, content,
              teacher-student relationship, place, etc. Moreover, this article tries to figure out

              the educational characteristics of the era, and then proposes how education should
              respond in the era of rapid technological development in terms of educational
              concepts, purposes, roles of teachers and students, content, methods, curriculum
              structure, models, and how to make good use of technology in assisting educational

              innovation and development

                                            壹、前言



                   人類的歷史進入了 21 世紀,21 世紀最重要的特徵就是「快」與
             「變」。在「變」的部分,處在 21 世紀中各種變化多端,涉及的層面廣,

              多元多樣,含蓋整個生活的全部;在「快」的部分,就是這些改變非
              常快速,時間很短,不斷地變化,這在人類歷史上是空前的,從沒有
              一個時代有這樣的現象存在。這些快速的改變,最具體的莫過於展現
              在新科技的發展,誠所謂「苟日新,日日新」。這些新科技的快速發展,

              影響整個人類的生活,無所不在。教育是人類重要的活動,是人類賴
              以生存、永續發展不可或缺的活動。因此, 21 世紀新科技的快速發展,
              必然影響人類的教育活動。人類的教育活動受到新科技快速發展的衝
              擊,既深且廣,生活將造成大幅度的改變,值得關注。本文首先概述
